  • WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
    - On Mondays, I handle all scheduled consults and client zoom meetings from 11am-4pm. - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday I respond to all emails from 11am-4pm. Closed on all Holidays.
  • HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
    - First, choose the design service that suits your needs best & book the service. - Within 24-48 hours I will send an email to collect your content. *All content is due at least one day prior to your project start date* - Once your content is in, we work on the designs the week of your project start date and send them to you within a week. - Once you have approved all of the design mock-ups, I'll finalize all files and send them over to you or upload them directly to your website builder.
  • WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
    Standard turnaround time for all services is approximately 72 hours once I receive all project materials. However, please note that turnaround times are subject to change depending on the nature and complexity of the assignment. I strive to deliver high-quality work promptly, but certain projects may require additional time for thorough completion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
    - Once the service process has begun, the client is responsible for all services fees. We don’t offer refunds. - If you wish to cancel the service, you must do so 24hrs before the start date.
